Super 8 is an analog film format, meaning it’s recorded on actual film stock, giving it a warm, nostalgic feel with natural grain and light flickers. Digital video, on the other hand, is sharp, smooth, and high-resolution. Combining both in hybrid films creates a stunning contrast between vintage charm and modern clarity.
Hybrid films blend digital video with Super 8 footage to create a unique visual experience. I film certain moments in digital and others in Super 8, then carefully edit them together to complement one another—offering the best of both worlds.
Because Super 8 film is developed by hand and requires a special process, it takes a bit longer than traditional digital video. Most films are delivered within 12 weeks
Super 8 film does not record sound, so any audio included in your final film (such as vows, speeches, or music) is captured separately and added in during editing to create a seamless experience.

Erinn was one of the BEST decisions we made for our whole wedding experience. I cannot express how much I recommend Erinn. My husband and I were looking to do a vow renewal that for many reasons, was extremely important to us. We never had professional photos done aside from our wedding but I really wanted to capture the moments.
